The collaboration with Unobravo is a project strongly desired by Cadica’s Mirror Board, which, through a survey, realized the majority of employees’ desire to have an in-house psychologist service.
The Mirror Board is a group composed of young women and men under the age of 35 who are employees of the Cadica Group. Established to create synergies among all the companies that make up the Cadica Group, the mission of this new group, which mirrors the Executive Committee’s Board, is to propose projects in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) domain, assisting the Group in achieving its objectives outlined in the 2025 Action Plan.
